Valley Forge is one of my tried and true locations for engagement photos, and it was the perfect spot for Amanda and Corey! We had so much fun documenting this time in their life and their love for each other!

I initially met Amanda and Corey last year when they welcomed their beautiful little boy into the world. They hired me for a family session and we immediately clicked! I was so excited when Amanda reached out about booking their engagement session with me as well.

Amanda and Corey knew that they wanted their engagement session to focus on just the two of them and that they wanted to take the photos out in nature. Amanda specifically asked for somewhere with a creek, and I immediately knew that Valley Forge National Historic Park would be the perfect spot. We ended up having the most beautiful summer day, and it was so great to catch up with these two!

Where to Take Engagement Photos in Pennsylvania

One of the great parts about living in Pennsylvania is that there are so many gorgeous outdoor spots for engagement sessions! If you and your partner are having your wedding near Philadelphia, then Valley Forge, Parque Ridley, or Fairmount Park are all great location options for your engagement session. I love helping my local couples find the perfect spot for their engagement photos and discovering new hidden locations all over the north eastern Pennsylvania landscapes! Whether you’re looking for mountaintops with stunning views, a peaceful forest session, rushing waterfalls, or a field of wildflowers – there’s something for every couple!

PA is the place that I grew up and the place that I call home. These locations hold a special place in my heart and I never tire of sharing them with new couples. It’s always a fun new adventure each and every time – whether we end up in the waterfalls gorges of the Poconos, the rolling hills of Lancaster, or the many parks surrounding Philadelphia.
