Angela and Alex’s intimate wedding at Promise Ridge was filled with love and emotion. If you’re looking for somewhere to host a small wedding near the Poconos, I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Angela and Alex’s Intimate Promise Ridge Wedding

Pocono Mountain Micro Wedding

Angela and Alex originally met on Hinge when they were living an hour and a half apart, but after just a few dates they knew their connection was worth the travel. Their wedding was proof that they were right. Even though the weather was less than perfect in the morning, the sky cleared just in time for their outdoor ceremony. They exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony with just their closest friends and family and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. They also included a ring warming in their ceremony, so every guest could hold their rings and fill them with love and good wishes for the couple.

As their guests headed to the reception venue, Angela and Alex remained behind for a private first dance at Promise Ridge’s overlook. They spent a few minutes alone together dancing under the bistro lights as newlyweds to the same song that Angela’s grandparents had chosen many decades before, and it was the perfect close to a ceremony on this stunning mountaintop.

Mountaintop Intimate Wedding Venue

Promise Ridge has quickly risen to the top of my list of local Pennsylvania venues. The mountaintop property is actually the home of Alissa Tong, an incredible local officiant. She fully coordinates all of the elopements and micro weddings on the property and she has done such an amazing job with the space. The venue can hold up to 20 people, making it the perfect spot if you’re looking to celebrate with only immediate friends and family or if you want to elope close to home. If you love this spot or are looking for something similar I’d love to work with you to find the perfect intimate venue!
