This elopement in Snoqualmie Pass was absolutely dreamy. Lauren and Braden were such a fantastic couple to photograph, and I’m so glad we found such a magical spot for them to elope just an hour outside of Seattle!

Lauren & Braden’s Snoqualmie Pass Elopement

My trip out to Washington to photograph Lauren and Braden’s elopement was so fun! If you’ve already read my guide on how to elope in Washington, you know it’s one of my favorite spots in the country to photograph. Lauren is an editor for Style Me Pretty, so she had an incredible vision for their big day and I knew it was going to be stunning from start to finish!

With the help of The Inspire Workshop, we decided on Cascade Ski School as the perfect elopement spot. The school is located just about an hour outside Seattle, Washington, with stunning views of Snoqualmie Mountain and the surrounding peaks. Thankfully, during the late spring and summer, the Snoqualmie ski schools are unused, and the seclusion made for a perfect intimate elopement day!

Travel Elopement Photography

We started our day at a cabin in Snoqualmie Pass, where Lauren and Braden got ready together. This is one part of elopements that I think is super special and so different from what you see at traditional weddings! With their bags packed and hiking boots on, we hopped in our cars and headed over to the ski school. We hiked up the trail to a secluded spot where Lauren and Braden exchanged vows and shared a picnic before the rain started to come down. Thankfully, we were prepared for that crazy northwest weather, and they continued with their day with an umbrella in hand and a smile on their faces! After a bit more hiking and some portraits, the rain let up and we popped some champagne to celebrate the occasion.

Lauren and Braden were so much fun to work with and truly centered their elopement day on their love for each other. I’m so glad I got to be part of their beautiful elopement!
