Whether it’s you and your 10 most intimate friends and family, or just you two lovers, here is a list of my top 5 best local elopement locations! 

1. Stay LoKal

   This is where our shoot took place and it was absolutely beautiful! Say your vows in front of this gorgeous home away from home, or right besides the bay if that’s more your style, and then stay the night with your partner in a cozy master suite with wide open window views. enjoy watching the snow fall in the winter, or take a dip in the hot tub during summer months.

2. Rickett’s Glen

   If a hike to your perfect elopement spot is what you’re looking for then this is your spot! Hike the falls for 2 1/2 miles and say your “I dos” in front of any of these massive gorge waterfalls! This location is unlike anything I’ve seen. It is absolutely stunning. And it looks gorgeous in the fall with all of the orange colors against the dark rock and white rushing waters.

3. Promise Ridge

   This mountain-top outlook, including an alter with hanging lights and a wall garden is perfect for an intimate wedding, vow renewal, or elopement. Enjoy your first dance on a patio looking over the mountains, under the lights, as day turns to dusk.

4. Hawk Mountain Sanctuary

   Hiking to a mountain top in boots and a wedding gown sound like your speed? Proclaim your love from the mountain tops after exploring the area. This location is gorgeous with vast views and scenery. (This location does require a pass.)

5. Columcille Megalith Park

   Looking for a location with some history? This Mythic garden is located in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Pennsylvania and is deeply rooted in Celtic spirituality. This outdoor sanctuary is the perfect place to get lost and be found with your partner.
