Rebecca and Brendan’s wedding day was breath taking from the details, to the first look, to the beautiful mountain views, all the way through their last dance. This classic fall mountain-top wedding was truly a sight to behold, as was Rebecca in her gorgeous wedding dress!

The morning of their wedding day Rebecca and Brendan were both calm with anticipation. Their movements and attitudes were steady and sure, but their hearts were elated with excitement as they waited for the moment of their meeting on their wedding day. And let me just say this couple’s first look did not disappoint. With tears filling the viewfinder, I documented these two as they looked at each other with pure bliss, their own eyes welling with tears. And I watched as Rebecca, sweetly caressed Brendan’s cheek with her hand and wiped away his tears from his eyes.

What I loved most about Rebecca and Brendan is that not once did they ever let the beauty of their wedding day trump the importance of the reason they were there. Instead, the beauty of their day enhanced their moments as they watched them pass. Their focus was always on each other, on their love, and on the promise of their marriage together.

They enjoyed each moment they got to sneak away from their friends and family with us to get some portraits alone. They weren’t even phased by our camera’s on them at all times. Instead of worrying about poses or hand placement, they simply loved. They looked at each other, spoke soft words, and laughed in harmonious joy.
